If you take a tour through the north of Bonaire, you will almost certainly pass John’s in Rincon, which is worth a short stop! John makes his ice cream at home, and in my opinion, it’s the tastiest local ice cream you can find on the island.

What makes this place especially cozy is the small seating area in his garden. You are always welcome to sit down and enjoy a delicious ice cream in the relaxed atmosphere of Rincon.
